Raymond Fouillet, long time referee veteran of the Swiss American Football Federation, was appointed by the EFAF Board of Directors to enter the EFAF Officiating Committee.
Together with chairman Jose Rebes and the second member Alexandre Roger he complets the standing EFAF committee.
