On behalf of The EFAF Board of Directors we invite to:

EFAF Extraordinary General Assembly

Start: November 4, 2012, 12.00 h
End: November 4, 2012, 16.00 h

Meeting Venue: Radisson Blu Hotel, Zurich Airport
Zurich, Switzerland

“REQUEST FOR EFAF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY

We, the undersigning member federation of European Federation of American Football (EFAF), presenting, together with other members signing same request, the minimum requirement of one third of the member associations, request that an Extraordinary General Assembly meeting of EFAF is to be convened and held to decide on the following points:
1) Dissolution of EFAF (art 28)
If this is not voted in, the Extraordinary General Assembly is to decide on the following points:
1) New budget for remainder of 2012 and for 2013 forward
2) New plan of action for remainder of 2012 and for 2013 forward
3) Closing all legal actions against IFAF”
