EC Flag Junior 2012: Official Invitation

THE EUROPEAN FLAG JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS 2012

Dear Colleagues,

Please be warmly invited to enter your junior flag national teams in the EFAF tournament and please see enclosed pages for information on the rules and regulations, invoice for entry fee, the proposal for the qualification format and the entry form.

Place Lelystad, Netherlands
Organization EFAF
Local Organizing Committee. AFBN
Entry Fee 500 EURO per team (not refundable)
if one federation nominates one U13 and one U15 team these are two teams: entry fee then is 1000 EUR total.
Deadline for entry July 31st 2012 (including payment of entry fee)

LOC Fee 27,50 EUR per person for game day meals (lunch on Saturday and Sunday, dinner on Saturday)
Deadline for tournament fee TBC by LOC

We would be happy to have you all in this tournament and hope that you will make sure to respect the deadlines (including payment) so that the Organizing Committee will be in a position to start organizing the tournament qualification rounds and making the necessary arrangements.
