Blue Team meet the Champions in Turin

The first game between Italy and Germany was held on 1981. Two games played in Germany: once in Frankfurt (were Germany won 12-0) and then in Koln (Italy won 22-0). Next time the two team faced were in Milan, semifinal of the 1985 European Championship. Italy won 13-11 and then won the Trophy in final against Finland.
Last game between the two National Teams was held in Helsinki, where at the Olympic Stadium, Italy won one more time 24-22.

The next game, the fifth in the European football history, will be organized in Turin. Location: Primo Nebiolo Stadium. With a capacity of 6000 seats the stadium is situated in the middle of the Sport Complex of the city, and is usually used by International IAAF Athletics Games. Turin Giaguari celebrated 30 years of football last year and are the organizers of the event.

Statistics says that Italy win against Germany 3-1 but the force of the two teams are surely different than the last four games. Germany is the new European Champion and will face the World on next World Championship in Austria while Italy is working hard to come back in the group of "Greats of Europe".

The game with Germany will be a real test for Italian coach Brock Olivo. A test useful to set up the team for the next B Group European Championship in 2013.
